I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Good salary and benefits, work from home capabilites

Cons

laid off many workers so be expected to do more with less, work life balance is not there in some areas of technology.

Advice to Management

dont take advantage of the economy to scare folks, they will leave for better employers even if it means a paycut.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great pay, opportunities to move around within the large organization.

    Cons

Employees are highly expendable with re-structures and downsizing. Planned 30,000-40,000 reduction in force while running adds about community support and responsibility.

  2. Cushy Job but doesn't get the recognition it deserves

    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Expected 40 hour weeks, very stable and very consistant. Management is really flexible, you can get time off on short notice if you need it.

    Cons

They say it opens door for you in the future, but really it funnel's your career options. I get the feeling that when interviewer's get your resume they think... "this is just a glorified phone rep."

    Advice to Management

It would be good to have a different level of employee; someone who is still on the front line, but can use front line experience to work on projects and processes that can better the company.
