“Mixed feelings about working for BOA”
Current Employee – been working at Bank of America full-time
Pros – BOA offers a lot of great benefits. Most of the people I work with are great. I enjoy doing what I do.
Cons – We are always expected/required to work overtime, work life balance is nonexistent. The office I work in has some seriously bad apples and they are allowed to continue their behavior. Management allows their favorites to get away with things that the rest of the office is not allowed to do.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
