Current Employee – been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

Pros – Amazing Environment
Freedom of time to work

Cons – Senior Management keeps on changing; the transition is not smooth; so promotions might get deadlocked

Advice to Senior Management – Try to instill a permanent management; as it takes a toll on the employees who you know are good but they simply don't get promotion because you left the project at a crucial time and the other manager was not updated on your contributions.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
