I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – great benefits for employees
flexibility to work from home or remotely
potential to move within the company, laterally or upwardly
Cons – company priorities have changed greatly and that is taking a toll on the reputation, service and employees.
lay-offs are very common, there is constant fear
there are very expectations of and very little, if any loyalty toward their associates
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
