  1. Good once you get above teller level

    Pros

Tellers are the low end of the totum poll. I started there 8 years ago and I liked it as a place to start and get my feet wet but you shouldn't stay there. Customer Service Call center is kinda low too but once you get passed a Band 8, you'll start to see the benefits of being with the company. Overall, it is a good company to work for....benefits are GREAT! I got full benefits when I was still going to school and working 20 hours a week.

    Cons

    not listing cons at all

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent Growth Opportunities in banking domain Direct interaction with clients - Good experience in working with teams across different locations @ offshore and onshore

    Cons

Bank of America depends a lot on its contractors -Like Accenture, TCS, Infy, IBM - They drive the things from their -this will give a little chances for Associates to show their skills upto the mark due to lack of opportunistic with in the projects

    Advice to Management

Try reducing the dependency on contractors and do believe in Associated that you have hired - Else shutdown the projects and get the things done from Contractors which will be much cheaper (in cost and quality)
