    Broad range of businesses and geographic locations makes opportunities and lifestyle flexible to the individual. Promotes green building, technology, and work from home programs. Tuition reimbursment

    Cons

    Climbing the ladder internally is less rewarding. Does not value individual contributions. Company is constantly in change and bad at managing public perception

    Pros

    Higher than average pay, job mobility geographiclly, very easy sales goals

    Cons

    Terrible support for branch staff, OLD technology, terrible audit proceedures, low pay for branch staff does not allow you to retain high talent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Uncap incentive for bankers. Create full time teller positions so that ptt do not leave the company for full time. Make departments work well together, other departments almost seem pissed when you reach out for help.
