Pros

The pay is good, the benefits are OK (the price increases every year), you are able to work from home sometimes.

Cons

Very political, not exactly good for women in technology.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

If you live back east, especially in Charlotte, you can do well.
    Good place for families.

    Cons

Difficult environment for minorities, good if you are white and christian. DIfficult to advance if you are not in Charlotte or maybe New York.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on shareholders for a change because most of your employees ARE shareholders, and are miserable. Move headquarters to New York, like a professional bank.
