    Pros

It's nearly impossible to get fired. It doesn't matter if you are terrible at your job as long as you're there.

    Cons

Poor corporate culture; unrewarding success; management put processes into place before actually seeing the possible effects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Organize.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good people - great customers!

    Cons

Unrealistic expectations and lack of training does not support a good experience for employees or borrowers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to see stress in employees and flex to improve process design. Adding constant requirements with little to no training and piling on the loans doesn't make for balance.
