    Pros

Gain vital experience in sales. Good training that is actually taken seriously. Upper management seems to have a plan for each associates career based on their skills and career goals. The company is working very hard to improve reputation damage received during financial crisis and former leadership.

    Cons

Ability to solve problems for some products from the banking center can be limited. Bad press constantly plagues us. Moving across channels can be difficult...ie: from retail baking to wealth management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue working to improve reputation, continue managing the margins.

    Pros

BoA pays the father for 12 weeks of leave when you have a child. I recently had a child and took that leave, and it was amazing! They are very flexible and family orented.

    Cons

Not too much ability to move up, only laterally. This was the case in my office, Im sure it not that way everywhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

there is a lot of micro managing going on..... bring it down a notch
