Pros

Salary was satisfactory for a consultant

Cons

No matter how hard you work and do your job, there is no recognition

Advice to Management

Need to remove the good old boy club for this company and need to put an emphasis on skill set to get the job done. Need for senior level managers to regulate the spending activity and management in general of contractors under their wing. Abusive and discriminatory.

    Pros

It's nearly impossible to get fired. It doesn't matter if you are terrible at your job as long as you're there.

    Cons

Poor corporate culture; unrewarding success; management put processes into place before actually seeing the possible effects.

    Advice to Management

    Organize.

    Pros

Close to the city. Easy commute

    Cons

Many layoffs. Employees not too happy. Lack of faith in management.

    Advice to Management

Good people in operations positions prevent losses. Cheaper labor turns over faster and knowledge is lost which can result in losses down the road.
