I have been working at Bank of America

Pros – Good for someone who look for a regular job. Good for someone who doesn't care how much bonus they receive.

Cons – Company has been subsidizing heavy loss from certain business areas with profit from other business areas. Good performers may not get rewarded as they expect but likely get punished in financial terms due to underperformers in other areas in the company.

Advice to Senior Management – Censorship of questions to be asked in Townhall meeting should not be tolerated.
