The co-workers and the availability of overtime, generous bereavement leave, extensive training and education, very clean and safe work environment

Cons

sales oriented in a customer service environment, very difficult to access personal time off, very inflexible working hours, unreasonable expectations in terms of stats

Advice to Senior Management

Be more direct and specific when conducting an interview. Basically, if a candidate is interviewing for a CSR position be sure to tell them sales are a requirement, not an incentive. Treat employees like people instead of a number. Do not give up hope on employees that make strong efforts to conform, it only discourages them.
