    Pros

VERY flexible on work hours and working from home, even as a contractor

    Cons

So big the company gets in it's own way. You'll see that in any enterprise though.

    Pros

Great Company to work for. Tuition Reimbursement Full benefits Training provided

    Cons

Tellers do not get as much recognition as they should One can feel like a number rather than an employee at time, but it varies depending on the Market Team

    Advice to Management

Employees should be given opportunities for promotions based on quality of sales rather than quantity of sales. Sales goals sometimes can be ridiculously high, therefore banking center managers pressure employees to make the sales and the employees will do everything and anything they can to sell products to customers, even if they do not need them and this can be seen as unethical
