Pros

Flexible hours, good benefits, ability to work independently.

Cons

Low salary and pay, lots of politics, and shady HR department.

Advice to Management

Don't mislead (lie to) employees regarding compensation and performance, and be direct, not passive-aggressive.

    Pros

    Cons

Have been for a very short period. No issues

  2. Great intentions... terrible execution.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good benifits...ie.$240 child care reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, medical and dental.

    Cons

Constant change... One week you work late on Monday then due to market changes you now have to come in extremely early on Saturday. Which is not hard to deal with but the constant changes make it hard to have good work life balance.

Promotions are dependent on how much you kiss up to higher ups...this is normal but at Bank of America it is extreme.

You have great benefits but if you use it...ie sick days, Maternity or paternity leave you are treated as if they want to say how dear you.

High stress. If you do not open accounts you will be chewed out and made to write an action plan when the real problem is lack of good products.
