I worked at Bank of America full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Great benefit package if you have a family

Cons

Company going through transition, managers are afraid for their job. The work environment net is not very healthy. Management is not very supportive, if you want progress outside of retail. They do not look at it as one company.

I have been working at Bank of America part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great Company to work for.
    Tuition Reimbursement
    Full benefits
    Training provided

    Cons

Tellers do not get as much recognition as they should
One can feel like a number rather than an employee at time, but it varies depending on the Market Team

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees should be given opportunities for promotions based on quality of sales rather than quantity of sales. Sales goals sometimes can be ridiculously high, therefore banking center managers pressure employees to make the sales and the employees will do everything and anything they can to sell products to customers, even if they do not need them and this can be seen as unethical
