Pros

Work Environment is good, co-workers are cooperative, management is understanding and helpful

Cons

low pay; no incentives; lack of motivation

Advice to Management

Referrals deserve as much incentives as actually opening the account. There should be a reward system in place for referrals as much as sales. Sometimes when there are no opportunities to the bankers, its the tellers that bring in the business.

    Pros

Good benefits, competitive salary. If you are willing to work hard, that will be reflected in your salary and bonus.

    Cons

Very political. Company does a poor job of promoting from within. Since the merger with ML, the culture has changed quite a bit. There is still a big division between the two legacy organizations.

    Advice to Management

The morale of employees would improve if you stopped bringing in outside people to fil management roles, and began to develop the talent within the organization.
