Low Morale

Unit Manager (Current Employee)

ProsGood salary and benefits, nice package for time off and sick leave.
Good monthly incentive plans if you can hit the high goals.

ConsCall Centers are like a sweat shop. Its all about hitting higher productivity numbers yr over year. Not employee oriented. High number of employees on short term disabilty due to job stress.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more people oriented and not numbers driven. Incent employees to resolve customer questions/problems instead of driving low talk times in the call centers.

Benefits are the only thing that keep me there...

    Teller Operations Specialist (Current Employee)

I have been working at Bank of America part-time for more than a year

Pros: Bank of America benefits are unbelievably good. I can't believe they haven't taken most away. I am part time and receive two weeks paid vacation… Cons: The regional managers constantly come to visit breathing down your neck critiquing your every action. They literally stand behind the customer and stare a hole… Advice to Senior Management: Lay off your employees. You are more interested in making us sound… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
