It's just business

Mortgage Loan Officer (Former Employee)

ProsGood company technology to make job easier and more efficient.

ConsLack of- employee training, seniority, efficiency, and communication.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus more on associate training and more importantly mid-level manager training to promote career advancement & development at all levels. Upper management to improve its field expertise and take pride in company's 5 core values.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Benefits are the only thing that keep me there...

    Teller Operations Specialist (Current Employee)

I have been working at Bank of America part-time for more than a year

Pros: Bank of America benefits are unbelievably good. I can't believe they haven't taken most away. I am part time and receive two weeks paid vacation… Cons: The regional managers constantly come to visit breathing down your neck critiquing your every action. They literally stand behind the customer and stare a hole… Advice to Senior Management: Lay off your employees. You are more interested in making us sound… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
