    I worked at Bank of America as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    interned on derivative trading desk in HK, very nice people and dynamic environment. Everybody is nice and easy to get some talks with them to learn about what they do.

    Cons

    Not much return offer given to intern after the summer. Lagging competitors on this category over past few years. Blame it on bad market conditions.

    I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Benefits are great, pay is good, and the company does a great job of letting its; employees have an excellent work-life balance.

    Cons

    Training methods for new employees can be slightly overwhelming and aren't really effective. Also, they expect you to learn about three months of material in about six weeks... Banking centers don't have all the necessary tools to handle every customer request, too many call centers and too compartmentalized.

    Needs to improve the way they train new banking center employees, more hands on experience less of the computer training modules,
