I worked at Bank of America as an intern for less than a year

Pros

Good to get my foot in the door, Finance oriented internship helps with future interviews

Cons

Relatively minor/ trivial / managerial work assigned, slow and not quantitative at all

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make PWM internships more valuable and interactive--- after all, these college students will be the ones replacing you eventually!

Neutral Outlook

I worked at Bank of America full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Decent pay
    Liked the hours
    Great co-workers

    Cons

Forced to stand all day, even when other banks had compassion for their tellers and let them have chairs.
Some of the managers have a "God complex"
    Rude customers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let your tellers sit, like every other bank. When I worked there, I had serious back problems, but at my location, chairs were taken away because of some crap "Customer Delight" score. Had I known this, I would not have accepted the job. Ended up having to leave because, even after a note from my doctor, I was still forced to stand.
