    Pros

Great co-workers and sense of comraderie

    Cons

managers constantly pushing you (because they were being pushed) to open checking accounts, seemed arbitrary.

    Advice to Management

Don't measure your associates on how many accounts they get you, because in the end they will push customers to open 2nd checking accounts just so they can get quarterly bonuses. Customers end up being dissatisfied because they are pushed products they don't need.
