Pros

Bank of America the best benefits in the industry. For instance: tuition reimbursement, child care reimbursement, 401k, medical, dental, vision, etc.

Cons

It is sometimes a struggle to receive deserved time off. Also promotions and transfers are not as easy to come by and seemless as the company makes them out to be. The hiring process is the worst because it is out-sourced fvrom the individual banking centers, and if you aren't even being considered for a position anymore they usually don't have the courtesy to tell you.

Advice to Senior Management

You say cusomer facing associates are the "face of the company," yet there is still no voice for us. We may not be CEOs but we are in the trenches day in and day out, and we have ideas for the company too.
