Bank of America Bank Teller: (Current Employee)

Pros

Only reason I'm still here is because of the great benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

All they care about is numbers. Basically, you'll feel like a car salesmen after a while because of the pressure to meet those numbers. Its all black and white in the end.

Advice to Senior Management

If you only care about numbers, you will fail.
