The bank offers flexible hours and a flexible work place. Many positions offer associates the flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Rewards and regocnition are unbalanced within the company. Some groups do well in promoting and recognizing achievements of their assocaites while others do not. In that respect, management varies very much. In some groups the recognition and promotions are based on meeting quotas (gender, ethnicity).

Advice to Senior Management

Look at achievements of through the WHOLE year instead of just at what's being done during evaluation period (3rd-4th Quarter).
