Pros
benefits. name recognition. can get by w little to no work.
Cons
management- you have tot wonder how these people got to where they are and how can they still be there?? Compensation- no point to try to grow with in the company as once your in your pay does not go up even if you take on more work. Its an entitlement company and do your best to negotiate your first package as you can get promoted 2-3 times and will still make less than the people you manage
Advice to Senior Management
Pay for performance not credentials that some one lied about to get the job in the first place
