Bank of America – “Good first job but not career...”

Pros

At the time, they had good benefits, promoted diversity and allowed you to post for other jobs easily.

Cons

They have a lack of loyalty for employees and hire outside of the company more readily than internally at the management level and above.

Advice to Senior Management

I suggest you encourage more middle management to get college degrees so that they are not intimidated by hiring and promoting younger employees with less experience but who have a college education which is also an asset.
