Decent pay. Good benefits. Decent shift lengths. Good for part t time.

Cons

Where to start? Management is terrified of upper management causing a stressful environment. BoA is more about sales than anything. If you are underperforming in referals
due to no one wanting credit cards, your managers harass you until you make up the shortage of referrals. Will write you up if you don't meet referrals. Also they promise tuition reimbursement, only if you reach referrals which is impossible b/c their goals are unreachable. Miscommunication of regulation change. Managers very annoyed if you take a sick day and refuse to let you take it unless you bring an ER note. I have not attempted to ever takes sick days, but this is the way I've viewed my coworkers treated.

Advice to Senior Management

Work on caring about your employees and not showing how afraid of upper management you are.
