Advice to Senior Managementmake a salary/benefit/title discrimination for experienced and fresh candidates, especially for IT.
There is no point in paying the same for people having 2yrs experinece and 20 yrs experience.Implement thorough back ground check and filter out less experienced candidates for IT positions.
