Work life balance, great benefits, great pay, really let you run a center like it is your company

Incentive plan could be more lucrative.

    I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    The corporation cares and listens to feedback from associates. The company is constantly looking for ways to make banking more efficient. Leaders are thoroughly trained on how to set goals and coach effectively. Sales staff are training extensively on sales process.

    Cons

    System updates sometimes cause outages, limited contingency plan causes chaos for employees. Some associates may have to wait a long time to be promoted because of lack of opportunities or staffing cuts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Ensure associates are always the first to know about changes, don't let our customers be the ones to tell us. Create a position between Assistant Manager and Banking Center Manager that is salary and has more access and abilities in banking centers where needed.
