I have been working at Bank of America part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Health, Vision, Dental. Childcare- including emergency childcare, if you sign up. Decent competetive wages. Management very helpful if you want to move up within the company, including tuition reimbursement if you qualify.

    Cons

Competetive, which can be hard if you can't handle it. More sales oriented than customer service oriented at times, though that varies by center and manager.

    Pros

Global financial instiution capable of providing clients with an entire product suite to meet their needs. Having the expertise and market leadership in the industry is certainly an advantage when discussing capabilities (vs. competitors) with clients.

    Cons

Conservative pay structure - management tends to track according to the market compensation rather than rewarding employees according to their performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate better with employees and provide more fulfilling compensation and benefits.
