    Pros

Many jobs to move around in. Fairly decent pay.

    Cons

Speaking your mind is not truly something they appreciate even though they state it as a core value.

    Pros

Due to the size of the business, you are given a lot of responsibility in dollar amount terms.

    Cons

Lots of siloes. No unified strategy. No loyalty to the firm. Although some employees are smart, most are just trying to get by.

    Advice to Management

Build on a unified culture and a clear strategy. Empower employees to do pursue the strategy on their own terms and do more to encourage cross-functional, cross-divisional collaboration, and taking risks without fear of failure.
