I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The entry level programs for undergrads are waged, though you have regular benefits. The only difference is that you get paid for any OT after 40 hours, which is great. Additionally the salary is good, varying from 55 - 60 in the Southwest, and 3 weeks vacation. Its a great name to have too, fresh out of college, and there are many opportunities to transfer within the company. BofA has nearly every financial field out there.

    Cons

Some roles are very busy, while others can leave you idle for long periods of time. Its a wild card. Additionally it's hard to move up without leaving the company first. The benefits are good but not great, and a friendly work environment (i.e. office events) isn't promoted.

I have been working at Bank of America part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Positive Corporate Environment; Managers work on getting to know employees; Feels like a family. Regular salary raises. Valued for your commitment and contribution to the copmany.

    Cons

Sales are pushed too much, in my opinion. I feel that a rewards system would work better than a system in which an employee is required to achieve a certain amount of sales.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on making it a fun environment. The negative energy from being pressured for making sales detracts from the spirit of the company. It's not so bad, but I think this is what can be improved upon.
