I worked at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed most of the people who worked there, the benefits were good, salary was good, and I thought the company as a whole treated their employees well.

    Cons

My manager was a nice guy who understood his job very well. However, I couldn't get any time to discuss anything with him, and on more than a couple of occasions he didn't show up to meetings that were held at a time that he had proposed.

    Advice to Management

Build in a little more time for team building, knowledge sharing, and managers coaching their teams.
