Pros

Big organization with ample opportunities, and it becomes more international in the past few years. Easy to change jobs within the organization

Cons

network is as important as skill set if not more. The departments are very much focused in their own world, and sometime it is not very easy to navigate the organization

listen more and less meetings

    Cons

    Occasionally being blamed for corporate decisions, e.g. mortgage bailouts, new fees. Otherwise, a great company to work for.
