I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

Pros

uncapped commissions, quality of life outside of work, great benefits, I like also like the direction Bank of America is heading in and hope it stays on course

Cons

to much micro management, reports after reports after reports

Advice to ManagementAdvice

add some consistency, the bank pushes so much constant change it seems as if once you get comfortable with a new policy or company initiative a new one has replaced it....

    Occasionally being blamed for corporate decisions, e.g. mortgage bailouts, new fees. Otherwise, a great company to work for.
