Pros-Part-time employees are usually scheduled to no more than 20 hours a week, unless team is short-handed

    Pros: Very proactive senior management - they take active steps to manage risk pro-actively (not merely hedging but actively taking risk as well) Very good feedback loop… Cons: Support functions are excessively bureaucratic.
