    Pros

The company has a good benefit package and allowed good time for training. They did try to make the workplace comfortable and worker friendly.

    Cons

Poor Management. No direction from the top down. The company made frequent Policy changes with little notice and expected the employees to have been implementing them previous to when they were told. Didn't let employees work to there strengths. While they would ask what type of work you preferred the management would frequently do the opposite.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work with the people you hire strengths instead of making them fit into a situation that hurts the employees and your companies productivity.
