Pros

Name recognition, dominant industry player, deep pockets

Cons

Step child if not core banking, only average benefits, one size didn't fit all, Ken Lewis caused too many years of pain due to misguided growth

Advice to Management

Keep focusing on core strengths, Brian Moynihan finally got the ship righted, just not in time for useless options that expire in 2016

    Pros

good benefits, understanding managers, easy work, no customers to deal with, can listen to ipod for entire shift

    Cons

it was great until all the layoffs happened. i was also laid off literally right before i hit the 4 year mark of working there, so I could not get the extra 2 weeks of severance and they were unwilling to bend and just give it to me
