Bank of America – “horrible company”

Pros

pay is good
everybody dresses nice we have a nice cafeteria
covered parking lot annual bonus is satisfactory
work hours are flexible

Cons

working environment is really bad
employees luck of confidence and they dont care about the customer end of the business neither the competitive strategy

Advice to Senior Management

they shoul take more care of emloyees career growth prospects
there should be definately more extensive training both on techinal skills and people management side
