Current Employee – been working at Bank of America
Pros – laid back and supportive work environement, benefits are good (401K - 5% match, health, etc), opportunity to learn a lot about securities industry and how it works, good work life family balance for this role between it is an hourly position. Bonuses are nice $600-$4000 quarter depending on your performance. monthly team lunches (paid). volunteering is encouraged.
Cons – hard to get promotions within company outside of the investment call center, not very good feedback on performance reviews, top down management (no managing up).
Advice to Senior Management – keep up the good work. try to put more emphasis on helping associates get to where they want to be, more support with career mapping
