Pros

Made your own schedule, 1 hour paid lunch excellent benefits, fun place to work

Cons

Always changing and managers couldn't keep up with the changes so they couldn't help you if you had a question

Advice to Management

Take the new material home to be more abreast with the new line of business

    Pros

You get a good experience but much of the things depends on you like how do you make the best of it. They offer you lot of events to learn and explore the area.

    Cons

It was good for me so i do not feel anything to say about it.

    Pros

Great benefits including vacation, sick leave, child care, tuition reimbursement, and banking discounts.

    Cons

Depending on your line of business and upper management, lots of office politics. Constant layoffs hamper morale and at times it doesn't seem like upper management knows what they're doing in terms of responding to market changes.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and stop making changes by throwing a bunch of initiatives and strategies at the wall to see what sticks. Be quicker at responding to market changes so that you're always at sufficient capacity to handle increasing/decreasing business volume.
