I have been working at Bank of America part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

good hours, tuition reimbursement, decent health benefits even for part time

    Cons

extremely understaffed, work overload is ramp bid, not enough pay for what we do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

reduction in staffing and increase in demands of employees has caused many to leave to other companies. Used to be a company that cared about employees, now just cares about numbers
