    Pros

They mean to get things done in a sufficient manner.

    Cons

They tend to not know who there most valuable reps are, and choose to keep, even if times you are called in the office for being reprimanded. This is the trend, getting rid of the older and bring in the new and younger people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some upper management needs to hold up to the values of the company, that confidentiality means just what it says. Private Information should always be protected.

    Pros

Very dedicated international teams that are very good at that jobs and the work was exciting and fast-paced. People are very caring and will jump in to help each other.

    Cons

Had 7 managers in 6 months - going back and forth to 2 of them a couple of times. This is very confusing to a new employee and frustrating as you just start to get a feel for the job and it changes - then it changes back just at the time you had forgotten how to do that job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Strategic planning and make sure when you hire someone NEW that you know where you are going to put them, allowing them at least 6 months into that job before moving them around.
