I worked at Bank of America part-time (more than an year)

Pros

No need to achieve a goal of accounts as a teller to keep your job.

Cons

Tellers doesn't have much security for themselves. The camera in the branch are only on customers or for possible robbery.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bank of America should keep cameras on the tellers as well so they can monitor each and every activity thats taking place at the teller station on each teller drawer. There are some branches that do that but not all. It should be made mandatory in order to maintain and enforce compliance and BCCR.
