    Pros

The role allowed for the right amount of autonomy to feel trusted and allowed learning and engagement to be exceptional.

    Cons

Growth for employees is limited. As a contractor it is hard to move from part time to a permanent position because attrition is low.

    Advice to Management

Keep growing the Merrill Lynch business and you will be on the way to being a bigger juggernaut than before.
