Bank of America has great customer focused values but the mid level management leaders do not add value.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time

    Pros

Bank of America offers a more flexible work environment than most other companies. The opportunity to work from home, a satellite office or to work flex hours really helps manage other life priorities.

    Cons

Layoff have become a standard part of business. Dedicated employees suffer because of poor decisions by upper management. It seems as though staff reductions is an easier alternative for upper management than figuring out how to increase revenue.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Why bother...staff reductions are obviously the "go to" plan.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
