I worked at Bank of America full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Enjoyed the family atmosphere of my co-workers. Incentives were great when we hit our goals.

    Cons

The customer assistance job is very stressful. Based on the level of delinquency certain goals had to be meet in order to receive an incentive. There is only so many times you call someone that has not paid for more than 5 months.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Many of the managers were fair in most situations except for promotion and offering career opportunities. Most provided extra assistance to their 'favorites" and assissted them in building an advance career within the organization
