I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Lots of lateral movement opportunities, flexible work options, moving towards less bureaucracy and red tape.

    Cons

As an app developer, I ended up working with lots of outdated technologies. Obviously this depends on the group, but many areas are very resistant to change

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Full medical, dental, vision, and 401k after 30 consecutive days of employment. Bank holidays and Sunday's off. Collaborative work environment where everyone works hard together. A safe environment as Free as possible from risk to personal safety.

    Cons

Very difficult to call in sick or take an unplanned leave of absence. Sometimes low coverage during certain times of year. Tellers must stand for shifts unless medically excused.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Collaborate with other managers to bring in coverage if people call in. Otherwise, an amazing company!
