I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Comp is decent, but the benefits are terrible. The bureaucracy is terribly complicated, which can impact quality. Some mobility available if you're willing to relocate overseas.

Cons

Slow moving. Lots of meetings and face time. Not very dynamic culture. Lots of managing up, even if quality suffers.
