Pros

Good place to work if you like a banking environment. Benefits are good as well as the pay.

Cons

Mass layoffs, managers that don't listen to their employees. Upper management decide lower level employees didn't need good bonuses or stock options anymore.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, they're the ones making the company profit. Quit off shoring jobs and retain the best employees.

    Pros

Flexible hours, great co-workers, pay isn't bad

    Cons

The majority of marketing employees are contractors and after 18 months we are required to take 3 months off in order for BOA to not have to pay us benefits. Then you don't just come back, you have to apply all over again and start with a new employee number, etc.

There are days when you just sit around and wait for work because there are too many employees. The process to get a job done involves the requester, traffic managers, account managers, art buyers, and artistic directors. There are way too many layers to get a job done.

    Advice to Management

Better pay, better benefits, cut out the layers of staff

    Pros

Good benefits, 4 weeks vacation onde you hit a H5 rank. A lot of intracompany learnimg courses to assist in advancing or changing your career.

    Cons

Lower pay and a lot of hard work. Benefits are good, but once you surpass $50k benefits cost really increase regardless of how much above $50k.

    Advice to Management

Review benefits cost for more evenly dispersed.
